Did YouTube Remove Inactive Accounts Today?

I have not lost any subscribers in nearly a month, and I have lost 2 in the last 24 hours. Has anyone else experienced a loss today, or did they just happen to unsubscribe on the same day? I know YouTube often removes inactive accounts in bulk, so was today one of those days?
 
The last bulk removal was on Tuesday. I haven't noticed anything unusual today, but we have a collab video out, so our sub numbers are too inflated to get accurate info.
 
I think they have been really cracking down on inactive accounts, because I have been loosing subscribers a lot recently as well. I've been stuck at 771/772 for almost a week now. Which is odd because I usually gain around 3 subs a day. I've been gaining, but loosing at the same time.
 
I see them trickle down, but thankfully I've been gaining more than losing! In fact - i'm just 2 subs away from 2oo as of my last YouNow broadcast!

Yea I have been stuck in the low 130s for about a week. I gained 1-5 subs a day last month...
