okay so i applied with vultra network i know they get half your cpm for three years. At first i was like well they are the highest paying so it cant be that bad. but ive been working on this project for my channel which hasnt been done before so i know it will be a huge success now my concern is what if my channel grows i will only recive half of what i was suppose to earn for three years which is really long im in the proccessing now should i cancel it and try to leave and then once im done withmy project apply for tgn or machinma if my channel does get big?

yeah but i know a way to get out of it but did i make a big mistake or are they a good network

The age can save you, since from what I understand, in legal binding papers under the age 18 you can not represent yourself. You need a guardian to do so.

However, you just signed a contract, so yeah, if they are big dicks and want to, they can start messing with you.

Just 2 cents, as a person who dealt with contracts and stuff and had a lot of problems:
"Before signing any contract, that might potentially have implications, go to a lawyer and talk with him"
It might cost you money, but trust me, those people are trained and know how loop-holes, potential implications, terminations and all those fun things work.

Unless your buying bubble-gum with a contract on a total payment of 99 cents, always consult a lawyer.

From what I understand, CPM fluctuates throughout the year. It would be hard to say which network pays best based on CPM alone. You can measure how good of a split they give you, and frankly, 50% sound pretty terrible. Take a look around the monetization & partnership forum to get an idea of what offers other people get - some are in the range of 80/20 and 90/10 to the creator.

Also 3 years sound ridiculously long to be locked into a YouTube contract. So much can change in 3 years and you don't want to be stuck with them.

All of these signs throw up a big red light. I would say to get out of the contract if you can.

I do not have the knowledge to answer that question. But you definitely, from what I understand, should clear out the situation with the age.

I do not know enough about your situation, your contract and laws to which you answer, to give dedicated answers, since they have bad implications.

I am just sharing, what I know from my friends and my personal experiences of dealing with contracts, as well as getting ****** by them. And trust me, you want to clear everything out, since your ******* never feels the same after you get publicly ****** in a court room.

okay but i am small channel though but i guess i should grow then apply for a partnership

Absolutely. Focus on growing your channel a bit more first, and then you will have more leverage in negotiating better contract conditions.
okay yeah i think i will do that my next series im doing will sure grow my channel just because its a awesome idea and i havent seen yet but thanks for the help can you recommend a good network for later down the road
