Did anyone break through without promoting? If so, how?

Ah, interesting insight. I figured everyone had to promote in some way- I was just curious if somehow someone made it big without any promotion whatsoever since that seemed nearly impossible

Promotion is such an essential part of growing an audience. I hate Twitter, but I use it to tweet every time I upload a new video. Same with Facebook hahah

Right, I don't use twitter for anything else but for my channel, I don't understand why people would prefer the twitter format over other social media, but mass amounts of people do, including my audience, so I promote where they congregate, haha
