Detailed channel review anyone?

I am willing to do a detailed channel review for people who review my channel and tell me what to improve, what's good etc. No I am not asking you to view all my videos and like them, I mean do you like the graphics, etc.
Would this banner look better??

I believe the one you have already is great! simple and easy to see.
your channels layout is strange due to the contacts being so large in the middle, it makes it unruly and that is partly the icons fault.

your videos audio needs refinement like none other, you should look for a software that can level that!

Just checked out your channel! Everything is nice, the graphics are sleek also! The content is great, and I like the music! The whole playlist thing in the middle fits in perfect! The only unprofessional thing is where it says "my homegurlz" other then that 10/10
 
I won't mention the audio because you seem to already know about it haha,

I think your current banner looks great, but the other one might look better because of the big "S" in your logo, it sort of doubles the "S''s up a bit, it's up to you though. In terms of quality your video's are great, just the mic thing. Your prank call video is hilarious haha.
