Description changer tool?

So as some of you know, the current Youtube mass description changing feature that's built in is bugged, it adds snippets to the bottom of descriptions instead of the top. I personally just used Omnia's description changing tool to change mine, however I'm working with a Youtuber friend who's network does not have this feature.

Do you guys know of any 3rd party description changer tools that are trustworthy and functional? Any help appreciated!

I don't believe one exists, perhaps your friend could try a different internet browser when doing this, some browsers are "challenged" in some ways
