I'm not sure if this is logical, but after taking a lot of reviews and advice, I've made a new video but haven't uploaded it yet. I feel that it's a waste because I only have 18 subs. So I'm afraid that I will upload it, no one will see it, and it drowns out.. Even though it might be really entertaining (at least compared to old videos)
I have about 20 other videos I need to edit. Does it make sense to release some of the less interesting videos first to build up subs, or just release them as I edit them?

haha Second I would say I get where you're coming from, but I feel like in general you aren't going to grow your subscriber base very fast at first, or possibly ever. I've been doing YouTube for two and a half years and I only have 65 subscribers, but I just do it because I honestly have fun doing it and making stupid/random videos is enjoyable to me. So I guess it sort of depends on what your goals are, if you're just doing YouTube because you enjoy it then I'd say post it whenever you want, and if you do get a lot bigger some day you can always reshare it on Facebook/Twitter/whathaveyou so that your newer followers see the video. If you're seeking fame or have the goal of becoming a big YouTuber (which there's nothing wrong with) then that may change your course of action.
