Declined by Fullscreen but not sure why

Looking at your channel more than likely Copyright issues.
As mentioned earlier, I have no copyright strikes. And what Fullscreen does is that it works with Content ID matches to monetize those videos against their library of songs. It would be strange if this was the case for me not getting accepted. And I've read about people getting rejected because of this. In those cases, Fullscreen specified in the received e-mail that this was the case. Nothing was specified for me :(

Nno idea why they would decline you, maybe a mistake and you could just try again?

by the way your covers are amazing :)

That would be really strange since cover songs are what they work with.
And thank you very much for checking it out and enjoying it. It sure means alot. All the best to you! :D
That doesn't mean they work with ALL cover songs though. It's similar with gaming channels in that even if I join a network and they protect me from content ID claims, they still have to follow copyright laws like anyone else on YouTube, by me having copyrighted content that I didn't have permission to post, I become a liability to the whole network, including it's partners. The reason for this is because if a developer/publisher who doesn't like videos of their games being made or likes claiming their own content sees my videos despite being protected from content ID claims they can still initiate a DMCA takedown on my video, this results in a strike for my channel and from what I recall damages the network because other people on that network can't monetise their videos if someone on the network has strikes, anyone can feel free to correct me on that 1 but the general idea still sits, you're a liability when copyrights come into play. You also have to factor in YouTube's own policies which is basically that you need 1 of 2 things to post content. 1) you need to own the copyrights or 2) you need to have permission to post it if you don't own the copyrights.

Have you had any copyright strikes within the last 6 months? Are there any content ID matches on your channel and/or any copyrighted music you don't have permission to post?
I just got another 3rd party match for my latest video even though I have full rights to it via Fullscreen. This is starting to p**s me off, I'm seriously thinking of leaving FS. If I made a sudden viral video and had a 3rd party match, I'd be screwed out of money until they resolve it.

That definately makes sense. Although I've only received a handful of Content ID matches on my 100+ videos. I would also appreciate if they actually told me this was the reason. Well, if this actually is the case, I don't see any of my options really.

Did you apply to regular Fullscreen or to their division that works with music, Fullscreen Artist Mix (FAM)?

I don't know if that makes a difference but I figured I'd mention it.

I was going to apply to FAM, but it seems that they have been combined with the original Fullscreen or something. All FAM links takes me to the original application page on Fullscreen.com. :(
