Looking back at your YouTube experience, from where you began to where you are today... What would you tell your former self to change, to do/to not do, to buy/invest in(what not to buy/invest in), how you should of done [insert thing here] instead, etc ( could go on forever, so I'll stop now) to better yourself, to be more confident, to help achieve your goal better or to just warn yourself to how much work/how little work it is, to how people will react or to whatever

So..
Dear. former YouTube self...

*Incredibly curious* :D

Well I would have taken a lot more video while I was in the Navy, I saw a lot of s**t that a majority of people will never see in person.

Dear former YouTube self,

please upload more videos, even though writing and producing a song is hard, takes a lot of time and is all in all a pain in the a**, your channel will grow big and bigger and it will be worth all the work !! :)

Also maybe upload a video where you show yourself in front of the camera because one day you'll be too scared because you already have many subscribers and maybe you'll lose them once they find out who you really are and what you look like xD

Sounds kinda stupid when I put it in words xD

I don't think me telling my former self to do anything would help really.
You only learn through trial and error.

Dear 16 year old me:
  • Just because you made an MS paint video in movie maker, does not make it a "movie".
  • Red background with red text for your channel page looks horrible. Just don't. (thank goodness when google bought youtube they got rid of that feature)
  • ten years from now your going to still be doing this. Have fun with it :)
