For those of you who don't know who Patient Zero (Dr. Ivan) is, you can search for him on Google or something. I couldn't find a good thread that describes him, but I'm sure there will be soon.
You can only find Patient Zero in the DayZ Origins mod, not the original DayZ mod.
I was Playing DayZ Origins on Taviana when I suddenly saw him. He can only be one place at a time on the 20x20 kilometers big map, so I was really lucky to find him right by my spawn point.
