Hang in there girl! I've been through that and it's super annoying. Someone commented in a different thread saying it takes time for it to update for ALL youtube servers. So some countries may see the update right away and other still dont see the update.

Which thumbnail did you change maybe some of us can see the update?

Thank darlin :) I just changed them a few minutes ago & it worked! :D
I just hope everyone else can see them now haha
 
I have been having issues with thumbnails as well! Either not uploading at all or not saving the custom one. Hopefully YouTube fixes it soon!
