If he lets you finish editing and filming then you'll play a video game or something?My 10 year-old brother has NEVER interrupted me once when I told him I was making a video, he waits until I tell him I'm done, and then we'll play Minecraft, World of Warcraft, or some other game. He's actually been with me in many videos on my old channel as well, so it's all good

Slightly unorthodox but maybe try giving him a taste of his own medicine? Maybe if he sees how annoying it is when someone keeps interrupting him when he's trying to play video games or something he'll leave you alone when you're doing your videos so that you can leave him alone!
