Have you though about using your phone? I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 for when I make that type of video and it works pretty well.

Canon Powershot SX400 IS is probably gonna be your best bet video quality wise. But The Canon PowerShot ELPH 160 is a lot smaller and more portable.
But I honestly think that if it is possible then you should save up and buy something like the Canon PowerShot G7 X Camera. I would say that it is the best daily vlogging camera right now. If you want to see it's quality of it; go to Jenna Marbles's vlog channel and see one of her last 2 vlogs.
But it is pretty expensive so I would only refer you there if you are serious about YouTube. Coming from experiences (I'm a photographer) just remember that if you are going towards something a little cheaper is that eventually you will want to get better and better quality. Which in the end will just mean that you will spend more money if you go the cheaper route.
