Me, I do a bunch of research online for topics (which I'll save in an Evernote Webclipper folder) and sometimes I get ideas off the top of my head. Plus nowadays answer an audience question once a week on Thursdays.

be blunt about it then, best way, if they dont like the way you say it, they probably are not gonna like what is said to begin with.

Tues-Thurs are the highest traffic days on YT. Tue-Thurs-Sun might be more effective than MWF

i dont care about the views, just that i gave it a try, little goal i would like to get done.
Also its great for building a wide range of videos, im already at 230+ but hey, another 35 is just gonna put my face in more searches.

If your one video a week isn't good, then daily videos are gonna plain suck. It's going to be "Ahh I have to make a video today but I got no ideas, better talk about something retarded".
Daily videos are only a good idea if you have enough ideas or if you have a large audience. I don't know where people get these "It's easier to be found" ideas if you don't know what you're doing. 1 video titled "Justin Timberlake - Mirrors (Cover)" for example is going to be much easier to find and much higher quality than a mile high stack of 500 s****y "My Cat XD" videos.
