Custom thumbnails - how long do I have to wait

Following few topics on this forum I've decided to apply custom thumbnails to all videos I posted on YT. Doing so, I realized that they aren't shown yet. Although I can see all in the video manager. I just wonder if I have to wait or I did something wrong.

How long does it take for YT to load my images?

I'm pretty sure I see them. It depends on what they're supposed to look like though.

When I've changed an old thumbnail in the past, it took a few days to completely change.

If you try looking at your channel in another browser you'll probably see the new thumbnails - try refreshing your browser cache.
