Custom Thumbnails Does not Change

So I uploaded the custom thumbnails to my newly uploaded videos, i can see the effect under my video manager, but when I surfed to my channel upload section, the image did not appear. I wonder is Youtube take some time to update it?

It can take anywhere from instantly to a few hours, view your channel in incognito and see if it appears there.

If you are replacing old thumbnail it can take up to several days before it is updated.

I've been having the same problem. Before, I would revert it back to one of the original 3 thumbnails and then upload and save the new thumbnail and it would update within a couple of hours but lately it would not update for days. One of them took like 1-2 weeks to finally update.
