Cursing on youtube

I swear on YouTube. Doesn't mean I'm not friendly.

I naturally speak with expletives as way of expressing myself, and even the very name of my channel has a curse word in it, but these days I do try to keep the cursing to a minimum and I censor the curse in the channel name. It's my understanding that here where I live, Arizona they have actually passed laws that make it illegal for a person to use curse words on the internet. Which is kinda a scary thought because that makes a vast majority of us in this state criminals.
 
when editing I try to keep 2 swears in maximum. They sometimes work well with comedy, but over using them is like a bad stand up comedian, I find good story telling to be funnier than scattered swears...
If that makes sense.
 
I think its okay. In my videos I swear a lot, and I don't even realize but its a big part of my comedy i guess haha.
 
I certainly let 'em fly. I am trying to cut down, but that's more of a life goal, as I'm bound to drop an F-bomb in some meeting sometime. Just don't curse every other word, and I don't think people will mind.
 
I'm just me, so if a swear word clips, I won't waste time censoring myself. I try to be as honest as possible when I review a game except when I do a skit, but if a game makes me feel like saying 'what the f**k' then I'm gonna say what the f**k.

I remember a vid I did once, when we were all talking and giving our thoughts of the game, I said 'what the f**k' somewhere, and one of my friends said 'I don't think you can say f**k on Youtube' and I'm like 'dude, I say it all the time on my show' that that ruined the whole take, lol. Had to re-film the whole scene all over again.
 
Truthfully for me cursing is not all that bad. one thing i hate is when the commentator spams it like thats the only words they know but its funny when used in certain situations like raging etc.
 
well, i swear like crazy all the time. mostly because well...i swear a lot all the time, and i haven't seen any warnings or anything :P
