YTtalk Mad
Thats a good idea. Usually I finish a video, and after uploading remember that i have reminded them to like and favorite, but forgot to give them something to talk about in the comments. I have a little upload checklist on my computer, I should add that to it.Well, the intro itself is fine, 10 seconds is a good amount of time for it. You should really keep doing that, and see if you can get any positive feedback concerning this. I would recommend asking your viewers in the comments to give you feedback regarding this, see what they have to say.
Another concern about my channel is focus. I am torn, because on one hand, I want subs, but on the other, I make videos for the fun of it, and want ot make them about what I find interesting. Because of this, I do not have the focus of most channels. I have project videos, gaming videos, and music related videos. Most of the time, these do not overlap. The DIY videos seem to have the best longevity, but dont tend to transfer to subs since they are simply interested in the one tutorial. Gaming videos do ok, but die shortly, and translate into more subs. The music videos that arent DIY related tend to do poorly.
