Yes, you would need to be unlinked from Maker Studio's CMS to join Creative Nation, or any other network for that matter. One channel can't be linked to two networks at once.

Also, I would suggest you use the search bar on this forum and read more about Creative Nation. There have been many threads on them, that could be of use to you.

Creative nation sent me an email telling me "your payment has been permanently blocked". I dont have any copyright issues, my channel is in good standing.
I wait for an answer from them.
