So I got accepted into Creative Nation today, but I didn't get any email with login details to their website, and when I try to register it says my channel is unknown...
I have sent an email to their support but no response...

Bare in mind it is Christmas. How long you been partnered?
 
Youtube sends out is mass update emails once a week. Give it 10 days and you should receive the email and be set. I wondered the same thing when I joined with them a couple months ago.

Okay shall I tell you again. Fix your grammar. PLEASE provide proof if you would like to bash a network. We all have problems with networks okay?

I dont support people scamming people, far from it, I actually cannot stand those who do that.

I also dont support people who steal others videos, profit from them illegally and then whine when they are not receiving money they have no rights to which is what I see here quite a lot recently.

If you have a legitimate case or issue take it up with your lawyer or directly with their support or at the very least post some evidence up when complaining to support yourself, calling someone or their company a scammer without proof or untruthfully is libel and could land you in court.

Closing this as its unrelated to your issue and has been dealt with.
