As far as I'm aware of, it's held for investigation and if the person cant prove they had permission then it goes to the rightful owner of that content.

I highly suggest leaving CN IF they let you or make a new channel. They have special unauthorized "police" control of YouTube and can decide not to pay you for any reason, mostly copyright. I suggest Fullscreen or Maker Gen where they won't withhold payment.

Payment completed but I don't see any information about Western Union (MTCN, Senders Name, ...):(:(:(

No no CN take that money :D
What we talking ,goes to rightful owner,no that money goes to Creative Nation :D
No it does not.

When a payment is deemed rightful to be blocked it is withheld for a period of 12 months in-line with our agreement with Google.
During that 12 months neither Creative Nation nor the partner receive their share, meanwhile Google and the Content Holder (if it was blocked for copyright) have the ability to reclaim any or all of the revenue.

It is only after the 12 months we payout at the same revshare as before (usually 85-90%)

So to make it clear, it is in no way, shape or form in Creative Nation's interests for a part of their gross margin (our 10-15%) to be help for 12 months because it does not get factored into profit because it is a liability.
