Creative Nation Network Partnership Offered. What should I do?

Hi,

Creative Nation Network messaged me today offering me a chance to partner with them. Their benefits seems to be good but I still got a lot to learn about Network Partnership.

1) Should I upload the videos to my channel or should I give them the video from them to upload it on heir own channel?

2) What is Contract? Is it a promise that I will be producing videos regularly for the given period of time? What happens if I don't? Is it that I won't be switching to another network?

3) What happens if I don't meet their 80 Views a day for a couple day policy AFTER PARTNERING with them?
