Creative Nation Channel - Missing Ad Format?

Any ideas on why I have 1 less ad format on CN? My friend does as well. Not sure if it makes a difference or will negatively affect me, so I was just wondering.
 
I'm not so sure that it has anything to do with the network. I am more inclined to believe that one channel has better permissions based on performance.

Don't believe that would it be considering I've partnered fresh channels that have all options
 
I'm not sure what the difference is because standard in-stream ads 15 - 30 seconds in length anyway? I always thought 'Standard in-stream ads up to 30s in length' only shows up in long form content.
 
The additional ad format is only for videos which are long enough. I'm not sure on what that actual minimum length is, for videos to show those types of ads, it must be at least [3] minutes long.

Not true. I have this ad option on every video (even 21 seconds) on another network (however, I believe prerolls only actually show up if the video is over 30 seconds). It is not on any videos at CN.

I know Shane must have seen this thread, why he hasn't said anything is beyond me.
