Creative Commons Video Problem

A YouTube user generously changed the license of two videos from Standard YouTube license to Creative Commons-Attribution so that I could copy them and add captions. But in the Video Editor, when I enter the videos' titles, publisher, or URLs in the "Search Creative Commons videos" box, neither video is found. I can add other CC videos, just not the ones I want. The same result has happened in Chrome and Firefox.

The YouTube IDs of the videos that I want to copy and edit are:
* cfEmob9_144
* Vpz2ZLiJB_k

Any ideas why I can't?
