Creative Cloud (Photoshop CS6)

Sooooo...I'm kinda really excited right now! I'm getting Creative Cloud (Photoshop CS6) and everything that goes with it!! I'm downloading it right now...and apparently it also comes with a video editing program...I don't know what to expect...but it's GOT to be better then Adobe Premiere Elements right?
Does anyone use this? Is it any good? Let me know guys! Thank yoooou!!!!

I think it's the subscription service, which costs $40/month and gets you free upgrades for life. I have the same deal.
