You dont have to upload all the time
But what my channel currently does is uploads content into private
And then we decide what should go first and and and
Schedule uploading will have a regular upload feed for subs to understand when you post
For us its every 2 days
We could do every day but it would put a lot of pressure on us

Wow, every two days is impressive! Did you start out with that schedule or reach it after a while? Ideally I'd do once a week, but my schedule is pretty flexible right now. Also I'm trying to see which week day gets a bit more traffic
