Creating good video titles

What's the best way to name your new video so that it reflects what's in your video but also makes it come up when people search for it? I use google adswords but it's hard to come up with search terms.

I actually just go on youtube and type in 2-3 words about my video and see what popular videos show up and use simialr wording for my titles
