maybe if you only had 1 channel instead of 3 (backup and the backup's backup) youd have more subs on your 1st account
 
My friend set his one up in literally a week. Was pretty successful until it came inactive, you need to have a good mindset if you'd like to do it.

I'd suggest google my friend.
