Creating a secondary channel...

Hello all, I am planning on creating a 2nd channel for myself. I am wondering whether I should just use the "create new channel" option on the same google account, or do i create a brand new youtube page using a new google account. My only concern with using the create new channel option within the same google account is that I dont think I would have a unique URL.

For example: lets say my youtube page right now was youtube.com/user/MyYoutubeAccount
If i created a new channel within the same google account, is there a way to make a new URL for it, rather than having it show up as youtube.com/user/nkcaiue73ghfwbivsh8w8938298hf ( or whatever random combo it would be... lol)

sorry if this is confusing, but I want to know how to make a new youtube page with a URL of my choosing
 
After creating your channel, you are able to change the name of your channel via the settings. Click on the top right of your screen, and go to YouTube settings. If you are logged into the account you want to change, you should see a prompt on the screen to change the name of the YouTube channel. You are able to customize everything, however with the recent changes things are a little more packed away than they were before.
