create more than one channel

Google are pretty smart. Google knows all those channels are owned by you.

Having different Google accounts and emails won't cover your tracks. For a start, you'll have the same IP address and even with different IP addresses, you have the same MAC address (the fingerprint of some of your PC's hardware) And even if all that was different, I'm guessing you monetize your videos? So you'll have an adsense account and it'll be the same adsense account across all channels which contains your unique full name, address and bank account details.

And? My separate accounts are not to 'cover my tracks' - It's to keep the domino effect at a minimum. I don't want all my accounts interconnected, as it could cause me major headaches down the road. As it is, each channel is its own account and when I've lost and channel or two, it didn't effect the others at all.

My separate accounts are not to 'cover my tracks'

what I actually do - is create separate accounts for each channel. I have several youtube channels and none are interconnected. My most popular has almost 200,000 subscribers and about 120-million views. My least popular has only a few thousand subscribers and maybe 1.5 million views.
Any one of these channels could be banned for various reasons and I don't want it to effect the others.

definitely seems like covering your tracks (well trying to) and I'm not going to argue over semantics.

As I've already pointed out, Google already has all the data it needs to be able to identify the owner of all the channels as you. The algorithm may not do it automatically (yet), but a manual check by a Google employee would take them about 5 minutes.

That's all well and good. But, as I've painstakingly tried to explain.... my goal is simply to keep the channels separate. I have zero expectation that Goggle/YouTube couldn't figure out I own them both separately. That's not the point. Being that I've had channels terminated and it didn't effect the others - then obviously my goal has been met so far. You are placing a goal on my actions that I never expressed.

If I may offer some other advice to you...

On your unboxing channel and your regular one, add Affiliate links to amazon to your video descrption to the drone(s) you use, and the things you are unboxing. If your stuff is interested, your viewers will want to see and may want to buy the things you are buying and using. (Even if they don't, if they click your AL and buy anything in the next 24 hours, you get a commission!) It is a great way to boost your income and it might really surprise you how much it brings in. Plus you are providing a service to the viewer this way.
