crazy gaining subs all the sudden

I have noticed myself that sometimes YouTube takes a while to catch up (like it does with views once you get over 301). I've had days where ALL DAY I've had zilch and then in the space of 3 minutes BOOM, 20 subs.

Haha, damn it Youtube. It's confusing as hell. Made me think I was doing well for a while

(on a slightly unrelated note, use more than 3 tags per video - your vids are unlikely to be found in a search if the only tags are Minecraft, SDFGamer and gameplay)

My guess is someone shared your video and their very devoted friends or other forum goers or reddit people or something are subscribing too. Or maybe it is a bot, but that seems less likely.

i checked social blade and it didn't say that i got any more views than normal, just +16 subs

Oh... Then you are getting botted... I really don't see how this could happen unless someone specifically asked for people to subscribe to you and those people were lazy enough to not watch...

Well, i checked some of the people that subbed and they turned out okay. You know commeting on other videos and stuff

It is possible that somebody shared your video or something like that :d , so yeah goo luck ^^
