Could I Get Some Honest Feedback? - Gmod Funny Moments Video

Hi, thank you for taking the time to check this thread out. Could I please get some honest feedback on my most recent upload? I feel like my videos have slowly been improving with time but I haven't been seeing much growth in subscribers recently. Clearly there are things in my videos that could be improved but I'm having a hard time placing a finger on them and some help would be great. Also, what do you think of the thumbnail? I've just recently started using GIMP and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to really make a thumbnail stand out. Thanks!

I was given some great tools to measure a YouTube channel and i love sharing them!
Comments per Views = 0.5% - so every 200 views you should have 1 comment (other than yours)
Likes per views = 4% - so for every 100 views you should have 4 likes (other than yours)
Views per Subscriber per video = 14%

Based on your number of subscribers you should be getting 4.7 views per video aka 14% of your subs in views. I did the math with your 12 most recent videos and they average 55.2 views.

This tells me that you are getting more than just subscribers watching your videos and you need to put more effort in asking for people to subscribe.

Personally i did not find the video very funny, there was a lot of dead air so maybe try cutting out more.

Thanks for the feedback. I would agree that I don't always cut out enough gameplay from my videos. But I find it hard at the time to decide what should be cut and what shouldn't. Usually I can't identify the parts that could have been cut out until I watch a video back maybe a few weeks later. If you don't mind, what specific clips do you think could have been cut out to make this video more entertaining, and what ones, if any, did you like the most?
