Copyright strike for Black Ops 2

I don't drink alcohol, but I warn people for things like this. Their hidden, but can destroy your channel future and that's the last thing I want. I have seen friends fallen, people who were able to become partner and I will not stand here and do nothing about it.
Okay, then I owe you cookies! Everyone loves cookies! :)

I see a lot of peopl posting about the strikes and infringment they're getting on Black Ops 2 videos. I posted one up this week, and it went through monetisation with no problem. It's weird some people are getting strikes for them. And if you were curious, I've included cutscenes as well, including the music in them

Yes, but you will soon have your Adwords account shut down and a copyright strike added for monetizing content that is not yours and that you don't have permission to do so.

It would be nice if copyright strikes for this weren't such voodoo. If people are getting strikes for BO2 gameplay, there needs to be a breakdown as to the reason for the strike (i.e. specific content) and why Activision is hitting people for it.

Wish I'd seen this thread beforehand anyhow here's my dilemma, posted a Black Ops 2 campaign video just after midnight where I live (UK), not sure what that equates to where you are, got a copyright strike from activision (for breaking embargo I now presume) can I now submit a counter-notification and get my strike removed because there are lots of campaign playthroughs online? I don't even want the video back I just want my strike removed, the 15 min video length max is ******* me right off and the fact it may hinder any future partnerships also plays a part. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.
