Copyright strike for Black Ops 2

Before posting the story wait till it's 14 november US time, people got a strike for this.
Just saying.

New feature in zombies is also Tranzit forbidden.
Also there are livestream rules!

Offensive Live Streams or Unauthorized Live Stream Content

Any user who is found to have offensive or unauthorized content in their live stream is subject to penalty. Offensive content includes but is not limited to foul language, racially charged language, and nudity. Unauthorized content includes but is not limited to unlicensed music, TV shows, movies and brand logos.

• Minor offense: User will be temporarily banned from using live streaming and may have camera streaming privileges in the game revoked.
• Extreme or repeat offenses: User will be permanently banned from using live streaming.
• Extreme offenders will also be reported to the live streaming service provider and may have their account revoked by that service provider.

I've posted this already. I wonder if it's because of the song in the opening sequence? I might take it down and re-upload it without the cutscenes (which take up most of the damn video anyway) -- I hate cut-scenes anyway!

It's not about the cutscreens it's really the gameplay. There was someone who got 10 strikes for uploading BO2 zombies.

Are those people YT Partners though? -- I definitely remember reading somewhere that as a partner with Fullscreen (which I am) you can upload pretty much any footage from any video game.. I'll see if I can dig out where I seen it, it'll be especially useful now "just in case".

One had 2900 subs don't know if it's a partner had 10 copyright strikes. One is partner has 1 strike. But it's not about the network. In the rules of BO 2 stands that you cannot upload it till 14 november US time so you will get a strike doesn't matter if you're from RPM, Machinima or TGN it's just a small evil trap.

Ahhh I see what you're saying now. Sorry, I kinda misunderstood.

So that makes me wonder then.. Even though it's now the 14th, whether my video (with being uploaded on the 13th) could have a copyright strike applied to it retrospectively.

Seriously considering taking it down and re-uploading it.

Yes because I can name 2 examples that got a strike by this. You just dodged the bullet but when they really want to be a pain in the a** they can do that. This is what I received today in the mail:
"If you are uploading Black Ops videos today, please read about these limitations to avoid copyright strikes: You are allowed to upload Black Ops 2 MULTIPLAYER videos. However, there is an embargo on CAMPAIGN and TRANZIT modes until November 14. Do not upload either of those until then."

I don't drink alcohol, but I warn people for things like this. Their hidden, but can destroy your channel future and that's the last thing I want. I have seen friends fallen, people who were able to become partner and I will not stand here and do nothing about it.
