Copyright notices after a year??

It should be covered under fair use though seeing as it has commentary over the top... anyway I have made the videos private until I see a response from my disputes.

Simply talking over a video is not always enough to meet the tests of fair use. YouTube rules in favor of the copyright owner to avoid lawsuits and as it is their own platform, fair use technically doesn't apply in the legal sense. You quite possibly have a good case, but the reality of the YouTube system is that it's not designed to favor fair use in the first place.

Exactly right... which is voiding the legislation entirely. I get it is a weird situation, if the devs have licenses to use the music then the end user shouldn't be held liable for their poor choice in music (in some cases it's great music) either way I have zero control over the use of the in-game music unless I mute the video or the section of the video... which in itself avoids Fair Use still entirely.

All I need is an option by YouTube that would allow me to add my own audio track, I could re-dub my own voice back into the track and mute the in-game audio. I just don't agree with them being able to also claim a portion of my voice.
 
I get random flags all the time. I just turn off monetization because I do not make money anyway so why try?
