They said liveleak? Contact them and ask them if its legit. If its a scam then people will say anything big to make you scared.
 
I found the original version of this video uploaded on youtube by liveleak on november 19th, a day before you uploaded it. You did not make this video as you said in op, it's not your content and just because you uploaded because it "looked" CC means absolutely nothing. Frankly they are being nice by just only monetizing THEIR video and not giving you a flat out strike. Stop uploading content that's not yours.

Edit: after looking at your channel all I see is stolen content. There is absolutely nothing original on your channel. All that's going to happen is you will get banned soon and loose your adsense due to stealing content and trying to monetize it.

You're nothing but a content theif/reuploader with "clever" renaming of viral videos with the added 2014 tag and you have the balls to cry about disabled monetization on a video.

Every video has a license. You know what you're doing you thieving douche, otherwise you wouldn't be reuploading popular videos with changed titles and ratios to prevent matching via content id. Frankly I reported your youtube channel and i advise everyone to do as well.
