I've Got It
A lot of gamers were very angry over this issue. Some companies are just plain rediculous. The royalty free music is pretty decent as there are tons of them out there. There are some that are a bit overused.

Angry over what issue? That you can't upload video game content that has licensed music in the soundtrack? There is nothing ridiculous about protecting your copyrights. Anyone angry over the "issue" simply hasn't bothered to do any research into it.
