Hey everyone
I am going to make a food recipe channel , and make the recipes on screen
I was wondering if i can use different recipes from vlogs and websites while i credit the source in the description.
Or this will be against the Copyright.

Standard recipes aren't copyrightable. By that I mean a list of ingredients and a list of simple instructions to make an omelette (for example) can't be copyrighted because it doesn't belong to anyone. The recipe for an omelette is always going to be the same. Nobody can claim ownership of it.

HOWEVER - There is an exception to that - If someone has made significant changes to a recipe by adding ingredients and changing the method, then they have transformed it into something original and they could file a copyright complaint.

So if you want to do this, my advice would be to do videos of cooking standard recipes that have been around for years. Things like chilli con carne, chicken curry, chicken soup, etc etc. No need to give credit for that.
