Constructive Crticism Would be Much Appreciated!

Hey! My name is Nate and I have been making videos for a little over 2 months now almost consistently 1 video a day (up until recently, my pup chewed the power cable to my capture card). I make Let's Play videos mainly, but I am broadening out a little bit. I have been wanting to get some opinions and constructive criticism on every aspect of my channel as a whole for quite some time now. Over time I have gotten much wanted criticism and my channel has changed a bit since then. So if you could give me your opinions on these aspects it would be much appreciated!

-Video/ Sound Quality

-Thumbnails

-Channel Logo

-Channel Banner

-My intro (My spoken intro and a literal intro I made. I have been contemplating on whether I should keep it in my videos because I introduce myself at the beginning of all my videos)

My Outro (My spoken outro and the literal one I made)

-My commentary on the Let's plays

I am not looking for everyone to give me opinions on everything but if you are interested and taking a look and giving me your opinion on anything, I will be eternally grateful!
 
My opinion does't mean much since I have a lot of improving to do myself however I will say that I love your channel logo and profile picture.

(P.s shame about the cable, I had a once that chewed up just about anything it came across!)

Thank you so much! And everyone has room for improvement so don't worry about that. Everyone needs to start off somewhere right? Haha
 
I love the banner and thumbnails and logo. the only thing i would say is in the blue circle in your banner, your words are pointing to the fact that the blue circle is a bubble (since the words look like they are written on a rounded surface) however, the blue circle has no dimension to it at all making the words look out of place, a simply gradient in the blue circle would make it look like a round bubble and tie it all together a little more, here is a great tutorial to help out if needed :) http://www.icondrawer.com/tutorials.php
