Constructive Criticism needed~

I recently made this channel a couple weeks ago and so far I have 11 subscribers.
I want to increase my subscribers but getting my content out there is very difficult.
I try tagging my videos properly using a program, better titles, decent thumbnails... I know I have a lot more to improve but I would like to approach this differently. I need someone else to give constructive feedback about what I'm lacking.
I would greatly appreciate good feedback.
FYI before you critique: I do not have a PC, therefore I can't do advanced editing on my videos nor a Photoshop program. Everything is done via the PS4. I know I lack equipment. But you are more than welcomed to bring that up anyway, but its just to let you all know what I lack already.
Thank you!

Okay well first, 30 seconds just to introduce everyone is way too long. No need to be like Hey I have a twitter etc no one really cares to be honest, say that at the end AND/or the description box. You drive people away with all that random talk, like hey check out my friend right in the beginning, like uh why should we check him out? Just go straight into it and capture their attention. The thumbnails could use a bit more work as well. But hey you're just starting out so just keep going!

@iMSaiyan: I'll cut the introduction shorter then. And about the twitter/instgram thing people actually do. Many say this, but I'll leave it for the end of the video. Random talk? I'm doing a collab so of course I'll mention his name. "Like uh, why should we check him out?" It's common courtesy to mention that channel you are working with. You don't HAVE to check him out. Don't take it so literal.
I will def. work more on my thumbnails. Minus the clear attitude you were giving I'll take some of your advice.

Why tell someone to check him out in the beginning of your video? That's like asking "Subscribe and like okay?" in the first 10 seconds, that's what I meant by talking a bunch of random stuff. Say it at the END but not in the beginning, we don't even know who he is or if we even want to check it out. You were the one taking it literal, common courtesy has nothing to do with telling someone to check him out in the first 15 secs of a video before he even began to speak. By all means mention him at the end of the video or say "I have ____ with me today" in the beginning to introduce him in but the rest of the check him out, link in the description below is too much.

Is this all this forum has to offer? Seriously. I don't think I'll get much advice here. Looks like I'll be looking for another forum. Seems this wbsite is the same as the reddit

A'ight I'll say it at the end. But learn to be nice m'kay? The attitude shows. Have some professionalism.[DOUBLEPOST=1468870938,1468870683][/DOUBLEPOST]Man, I was expecting better from this community. Only one person responded, and one that's rude asf to boot. I'll just wing this thing out on my own.

No one's being rude... it just seems you can't take constructive criticism. I understand I didn't baby my words like oh well...IT WAS GREAT BUT, I'm just telling you what I think straight-on and the best approach to fixing your content is having someone tell you straight. Not sure how that's rude. If I said "You sound like you are 12 years old dude fix that, or your friend sounds lame as hell" then THAT'S RUDE. Not sure what was actually intentionally rude in my comments to you. Not sure what you are saying by "professionalism" in terms of a YTTalk thread...? Unless my job was to critique you, but even then I think you are just taking what I am saying PERSONALLY and then converting that to me being rude when I'm the only one who took the time to see your content. Sorry man but people who are offended so easily after asking for critique's is going to have a hard time in YT... I talk like this to EVERYONE and I get likes on my post for at least half of what I say...and not ONE person has said I was rude but thanked me for my straight forward critique of their channel which helped them realize what was wrong with it. I'm not sure what you were expecting...you want me to say "Hm work on the beginning but besides that, everything was REALLY GOOD!" how would that help you?

BTW: I am nice and like to see people grow but when you ask for critiques on how to improve your channel then expect me to be hard on you which in my eyes is being professional ( as "professional" as one can be on a forum ) and not sugar-coat things. It's not my style so as I said before, nothing I said was meant to be rude so if you take it that way then I can't help what you feel.

Oh, so that's just the way you talk. I just can't tell with text chat. My bad then. I do appreciate your constructive criticism however. But in all honesty, you were the only one that saw this forum and I thank you. I'm just frustrated because I can't get anyone to respond on here. I can't find collabs or anything. I've been on here for a couple weeks and you are the only person that has responded. Thank you.

By the title of this post, do you, @Wolfen, want this thread deleted?

Honestly, I see @iMSaiyan's reply as constructive criticism rather than being rude. The review forum is here so YouTubers can get opinions from other YouTubers. It's hard to look objectively at our own work because we usually think it's great because we spent "X" amount of hours working on it. The first few seconds of a video are crucial to keep an audience's attention, so I agree with his assessment that videos need to quickly get to the point.

There are many great guides and tutorials in the Tutorials section: http://yttalk.com/forums/youtube-tutorials-articles-resources.10/

Many have been written by successful YouTubers. I'd recommend reading through some of them for some ideas. Also, Tim Schmoyer wrote a great article about reasons why small YouTubers stay small:

There are tons of great resources posted in this forum, and I hope you take the time to check them out. ^_^

It's not a problem, just as how people are drawn to interesting titles on YT it's ALMOST- the same on here as well, sometimes you need a more interesting thread title to catch peoples attention. I posted last week for reviews and didn't get one but my title was pretty generic. It's because a lot of topics have been covered on this forum and most information you can find will be Pinned on the threads or search able through the older threads. Next week you can put up like "I changed my audio and I think I sound A LOT BETTER, thoughts?" or something specific so people can be more inclined to click on it. Otherwise, reading other threads and stuff can be really helpful as well.

Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate it. ^^ I'll take your advice! Nah, don't take this topic down. I'll use it as a reminder!
@KatyAdelson : I'll take a look a those links! Thank you!
@iMSaiyan : I made a new video and was wondering if you would check that one out? I followed your advice by not mentioning the twitter and short intros. ^^
