I want to have a poll in which you guys decide what is better: having consistent thumbnails for let's plays or having different thumbnails for let's plays (ex. taking a screen shot from the part and putting it in the thumbnail). Let me know what you think; it can help me out with my next let's play.

I believe that consistent thumbnails are better as they are easy to follow when going through a playlist (such as a let's play). I'd rather not have to look through a bunch of different ones to find an episode, i'd rather just look for a number in a thumbnail.
 
I think thumbnails that all look the same aren't really exciting and don't make me want to click unless I already know it's something I want to see. I use a combination of a screenshot and part number since I don't like to mislead viewers...meaning what you see in the thumbnail is what's actually in the video. But I know it's normal for gaming video creators to mash a bunch of non-related images into a thumbnail
