Connor Franta is Gay?!

I'm so happy for him. I think a lot of people knew it was coming when he said he's leaving O2L and decided to take some time for himself to figure out who he was. I'm happy he came out because it seems like it was a massive weight off of his shoulders and he seems happier than ever in the past couple of months so I am very happy for him. I also think since he is a public figure it'll help any viewers who are struggling in their own lives.

Honestly, after browsing trough his channel to see who he was you'd have to be one special person not to figure the guy gay. But, it's good for him he came out and told the world. No one should be afraid of the actions of others just because they like something the majority does not.

I really like how honest he's been about his struggles for the past year. He is definitely helping tons of people who are going through the same thing. Massive respect for him.

I agree with what people are saying here, and I am very happy for him and glad he can be someone questioning kids can look to. At the same time, his video broke my heart because it's 2014 but it's still hard for a lot of people to access their sexuality. I went through what Connor went through, but I am not in his generation. It saddens me that as much as society is moving towards accepting gay people, accepting himself was so rough for Connor. He has been and always will be my favorite YouTuber, and his honest video made me admire him even more.

Not that it matters but I never even guessed Connor was gay, ha.

His coming out video is definitely my favorite on youtube and when he cried, I cried. #weloveyouconnor

I think it's fantastic that he came out. Not that I feel people should have to, but sadly it's still an issue. I think that the more faces that are out there and thriving can help others who are still scared. I'm very proud of him and the stories that followed after his.

Just like with Troye Sivan, I am absolutely not surprised. Sad it took him this many years to be himself.

Hopefully he have been out to family and friends longer! :)[DOUBLEPOST=1418414033,1418410980][/DOUBLEPOST]
Wow. Really? You can't always gauge someone's sexuality by the way they act or who you see in a video.

Oh, btw. Not always, but the term "gaydar" is partially correct I feel. I seem to "spot" LGBT people easier than my friends at least :)
