Youtube says that my video is under review with a '?'Yeah they are fine
Its exactly what they are there for
and not sure why? I've used their music and there's nothing wrong with the video or anything? :/

Wait did you download it from their library or from a video of instrumentals with a third party downloader?

Music from the YouTube Audio Library shouldn't be an issue. However other content you may have could cause them to refuse monetization on your video. For a long time I wasn't able to monetize my Sims 3 videos (I never got a 3rd party copyright claim or a copyright strike, just denial of monetization). EA and YouTube I think finally ironed out whatever issue it was that kept causing that. I notice your videos aren't gaming videos, so perhaps there's something else in your Look Book video that's causing their automated system to flag it for review (the style of footage, etc.).
Give it time. It can take them time to review anything that's been flagged like that.

Glad that it got sorted for you. The "?" in the green box is nothing to be worried about. All videoes are placed in the "Under review" category in some way. It's just that some videos are processed quickly (pretty much instantly) and you won't see it, but as with uploading some times the processing can take awhile. If there are any problem with the video you'll see a little orange triangle by the videos name and a link with the text "thirdparty matched content".
