Community Effort(Tips for the Smaller YouTuber)

God is Good! :D
(I hope I'm posting this in the right place!)

Hey guys, I hope everyone's having a great day/night (whenever you're reading this)!

Just a thought I wanna share:

I hear a lot of us complain that "YouTube is making it harder for us" or the popular "YouTube doesn't care about the little guy" rant so often…Now while I do agree to some degree that it is a bit harder for us to grow in some occasions now than a few years ago, this shouldn't discourage us from making content; instead, it should help us to do one thing: COME TOGETHER MORE!

One thing I've realized about YouTube is unique in the fact that we need people in order to get to the big-time status that a lot of us crave for! It really takes us to come together and help each other out as best we can, from collaborations to even something simple as Liking/Favoriting/Commenting/Subbing can help! We have to get past the "selfish" mindset and start helping others!

How to be a bigger YouTuber....

Step 1. Stop asking how to be bigger.
Step 2. Make Quality Videos.
Step 3. ???
Step 4. Profit.

This. I find that people get big when they don't actually try, and genuinely enjoy what the do. It's kind of annoying to see people put on a mask for fame.

Collaboration and building efriends is the best way to get started. If you get a group of friends who shares videos with one another you grow as a whole and it makes growth so much easier because you are putting your feelers out into the youtube community building relationships all over.

but finding the people is not the easiest in the world

Sure it is! Find people here. Watch their videos. Subscribe to the channels you like. Comment on their videos. Be excited for them when they succeed. Visit the channels of people who comment on the channels you watch. Subscribe/comment/support those people. It's a chain, a community, like @DioniteFilms said. Be friendly with other people and they (usually) will be friendly with you. :)
