Comments not showing?!

Hey I'm wondering if this is just me but when i go into my video manger it shows i have more comments then i do when i click on the video, anyone else having this issue or can explain it to me

I'm not sure, People may have deleted their comments?

I've been getting the same thing on occasion, but I blame the new G+ system. I think those who have opted out may not be as visible as those who do. Also, some may have their G+ set so privately that no one can see their comments

I've encountered the following so far:
* comments not showing on the video page that I knew existed and were listed in the Video Manager (they returned after a few days I think)
* comments showing on the video page but not in the Video Manager (I believe that's fixed now too)

Basically, just another day at YouTube
