Comments Not Showing Up In Video Manager

I questioned this xD I often check my inbox on my phone when I am at school to see if someone commented and they weren't coming up...

I just uploaded a video about 3 hours ago and there are 25 comments on the video but in Video Manager, it says zero and I cant click on them. Anyone else with that problem or just a glitch for me?

Same problem. To see how many comments I have, I have to view my own video and mess up my view stats and audience retention stats. Likewise, if I click on "reply to comment" from my email - It makes me view my own video

Yup, and that blows monkey nuts. The only way I know to get around that is to click the notification bell on gmail and reply to the comment right there. I found it actually is easier to do that than what I was doing before the switch so I guess thats a good thing from Google+.

They aren't "fixing" this issue because it's not an issue. They switched all your comment notifications to Google+. The only thing that will be in your YT Inbox now is private messages. Going to have to click your Google+ notification bell in the top right corner of your screen to see all your comment notifications now.

It's simplified replying to comments for me by a lot! I'm lovin on Google+ now.

Hey guys! There is a way to access comments for a video, because the new system is stupid and DOES need fixing because if your notifications gone you can't respond.

You need to take youtube/all_comments?v=VideoCode

And replace VideoCode with the letters on the end of the video you wanna check e.g youtube/Watch?v=VideoCode


This will bring up all the comments including Google+ ones, and means you don't have to mess with your views/watch time statistics!

It's been three days and the comments on my latest video are still not showing up in the video manager. But more recent comments on an old video are showing. Wat. This makes no sense other than YouTubeGetYourShitTogether.
