Colour Correction= Longer Render Time?

Hi there, so for anyone who colour corrects their videos I have a question, does it normally take longer to render when colour corrected? I know it certainly does for me!
I have a 15 min video to render with needing colour correction by MBL and i'm dreading the wait...

The more edits/ effects you add to a video, the longer it takes for the editor to compile and render the video. So, yes.

The more things to add to a basic clip the more the program and hardware have to work to produce the final product so yes adding colour correction will generate longer render times. MBLs will take longer than the basic Three-Way color correction tool in Premiere Pro, so if its just a few little tweeks I would just use the default color corrector not MBLs
