Collab Help

I see people do collaborations with PiP of themselves and their friends heads. HOWEVER, I don't have any idea how to do this.

Does anyone have a guide or website that could be pushed in my direction? I got nothin.

Sorry, just woke up. 2 hours of sleep.

I want to do a collab video. But I just don't know how to record the other persons voice, 2 sound files would be messy. Can I use skype?

My personal thought would be have the both people use their webcam Software to record themselves. And use a skype call to talk to each other, I just don't know if that will work.

I hope there's some clarity, finals week is killing me
 
Sorry, I dont know much about that because I mostly play on consoles so I dont know how you would record their voice. My friend has done it before and he used skype but I dont know how you could set it up..

Sorry that I couldnt help very much but im not experienced enough on PC recording to really know how to do that but I will ask him later because im in class with him right this second so I will try to get back to you later on today.
