Closing in at 1K subs what kind of celebration should we do?

I don't think you should be spending money on a 1k sub milestone yet, perhaps a face reveal, or how about a live stream for your subscribers? Maybe a lot of the subs aren't active, so doing a big celebration wouldn't be worth it, either way, it's your choice.

Well ive been doing youtube for 2 years now and this channel is 1 year old now so maybe 10$ would be a limit and an livestream+FQA+2Hour Video That's what ill go with ^^

Yes. Millions do. Proven by the fact that the Pokemon Youtube community, although not as big as the Minecraft/COD community, has millions of people in it, including me and @rigpop here.
Anyways, to answer OP's question, Since the channel's quite big now, why not do a Q and A, or a giveaway, or BOTH? It can be anything really. Just make sure the subs participate. Make them feel like they're part of it.

+1 to this ^. Probably best to do something light that is different from the rest so it stands out.
