Chrome pop-out doesn't work?

I got an extension for Chrome that's supposed to let you pop-out videos but it doesn't seem to do anything. I click the button and I get a link to the chrome store, options (but it's grayed out), manage extensions, and something else (I removed the extension because it didn't work so I forget what the fourth thing was). Anyway, there's no actual thing to click that makes it do what it's supposed to do. Does anyone use this? Does it work? What am I doing wrong?

Don't know if windows can do that, poping out videos is a native mac feature. The extension is probably Mac only, might be worth going back to it and checking if they mention that anywhere.

A little more investigating and I found out that other people have complained that it just stopped working for seemingly no reason. I guess its days are over.

Do you mean on Windows or Mac OS, just curious, I don't know if this was a thing on Windows.

Yeah, windows. Maybe it's for both but doesn't work on windows anymore. It's specifically an extension for chrome so I would think it wouldn't be OS dependent.
