Choosing your tags?

So my question is how do you guys go about choosing food tags for your videos? all I do is put the words that were in tje title xD

I do words that are in the title, and anything important I said during the Video.

You have 500 words to use for tag space, utilize it. Go to the adwords keyword tool to look at popular words vs. your tags. NEVER miscategorize tags

I know this is supposed to be useful but I have no idea how to properly use it XD I just end up typing in "Vlog" and i get things like "ijustinevlog". Can someone explain how I'm supposed to use it?

I've tried this and it doesn't do anything for me. Why won't anything work for me?!
